February Community Meal

Our Febuary community meal was a welsh themed dinner, for Saint David’s day. On the menu, we had Glamorgan sausages, shephard’s pie, leek and potato soup, and welsh cakes!! Many thanks to a co-oper who made gluten free versions of the welsh cakes as well so everyone could have some!!

This supper was was hosted in collaboration with BANZAI, a local, volunteer-led climate action group working for a low-carbon community in the wider Bruntsfield neighborhood.
